Who we are

This website is run by Bella Vista Bristol, the trading name of Bella Vista Italian Restaurant Limited, registered in England & Wales, company no. 08972296. Registered office: Ground Floor Wessex House, Pixash Lane, Keynsham, Bristol BS31 1TP. Restaurant: 2B Victoria St, Redcliffe, Bristol BS1 6DT.

Table bookings

Table bookings, including Christmas bookings, are made through Dojo, our booking partner, on Dojo’s own platform. Your booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from Dojo or from us. Dojo’s own terms also apply when you book through its platform, and any booking conditions shown to you during the booking process (for example deposits, pre-orders or card-on-file requirements) form part of your booking.

Our Christmas menu is available by pre-order only, and bookings close two days before your visit, as shown on our menu page and in the booking process.

Event and group enquiries

Sending an enquiry through this website, by email or through a Dojo enquiry form is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will reply to discuss availability, menus and any conditions for your event, and your event is confirmed only when we confirm it to you.

Menus, prices and allergens

We keep the menus, prices, opening hours and other information on this website as accurate and up to date as we can, but dishes, prices and times can change. The menus and prices at the restaurant on the day of your visit apply. All information on this website is provided E&OE (errors and omissions excepted).

Our dishes may contain or come into contact with allergens. Allergen and dietary labels on this website are a guide only. If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please tell a member of staff before ordering so we can advise you.

Using this website

You may use this website for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Please do not misuse it, for example by trying to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses or other harmful material, or interfering with how it works.

We may update, suspend or withdraw any part of the website at any time. We aim to keep it available, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Our content

The text, photographs, logos and design of this website belong to Bella Vista Italian Restaurant Limited or are used with permission. You may view and share links to our pages, but please do not copy or reuse our content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This website links to other sites, including Dojo, Instagram, Facebook, Tripadvisor and Google Maps. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Your rights as a consumer are not affected. Otherwise, we provide this website for general information, and we are not responsible for any loss arising from your reliance on it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you use the website applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
